Abstract
The article is devoted to the reformation of the tourism industry in connection with the adoption of the new Federal law "On amendments to certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation to improve the legislation regulating tourist activities." Particular attention is drawn to the change in the work of tour operators and travel agencies. The article identifies the criteria that must run tourist enterprise in a new environment.
