IMPROVEMENT OF THE MECHANISM OF CREDITING OF INVESTMENT ACTIVITIES IN THE AGRICULTURAL SECTOR

In the scientific article the role of credit as a source of investment in the agricultural sector. Reveals the content and tasks of the mechanism of investment lending to agriculture. The proposal for increased lending and investment activities in the agricultural sector. It is proved that lending to agricultural enterprises to be undertaken using special loan tools, tailored technological features of these enterprises. Listed on the prospects of project financing as a method of lending. It is noted that in the framework of realization state policy of support of agriculture it is necessary to implement measures aimed at enhancing the use of tools of stimulation of crediting of the investment activity of agricultural enterprises and export-oriented food industry (among those instruments, called partial compensation of interest rates on long-term loans granted to companies, increasing the availability of lending by state banks etc.). Stated that the need for investment lending to agriculture is due to technological and economic characteristics of agricultural production. However, in a crisis, the sources of investment, including credit, were prejudiced. To maintain food security in the framework of the state economic policy should take additional measures to minimize the risks of investment lending to agriculture.
