Abstract

Author substantiates the strategic course of Ukraine's development as a democratic state through the human-centric modernization of public administration system towards the government structures activity orientation on the interests of the ordinary citizens. Сoncurrently such modernization will make a substantial contribution to the stabilization of social relations in Ukraine and the consolidation of various population segments with different views and values.
