In construction industry, the management system makes a focus on managing the contracts. As a panacea to this problem, lean construction practices evolved with various types of lean techniques such as Last Planner System, weekly work plan method, Look Ahead Method, Six Week Planner method. Among these four methods, Last planner system provides a better productivity and supply chain management in efficient way.
