The directions of development of medical care to the population in the conditions of health care upgrade (on the example of the Belgorod region)

The article is devoted to determination of directions, forms and methods of innovation development and modernization of the region's health care system based on the priority of the organization and the use of primary health care. The aim of this study is to investigate the status and dynamics of health care development, including its specialized species population of the Belgorod region in recent years, as well as the definition of forecasts of its development in the foreseeable future.
