Innovative analytical platform for formalizing the content and processes of rehabilitation of enterprises - executors of construction and investment projects

The article is devoted to the study of evolution, the current state and possible directions for the development of an innovative analytical platform for formalizing the content and processes of the rehabilitation of enterprises implementing construction and investment projects under the influence of modern concepts of Integrated Project Delivery (Integrated Project Implementation) and Building Information Modeling (information modeling in construction). The existing conceptual approach to the term "sanation" is analyzed by generalizing the definitions of the content of financial recovery processes, their essence and economic nature are revealed, which determines the specificity of their application for the operating activity of the construction industry enterprises.
