DIALOGUE OF CULTURES IN THE SPACE OF PUBLIC POLICY

In the article are researched the problems of dialogue's conducting in the institutional design of public policy. The important place is giving to the analysis of intercultural confessional dialogue in the space of public policy. To the number of internal factors of intercultural confessional dialogue concern – mutual understanding of actors, the consensus searching, secular postulates' searching in the decision of political, social and confes- sional problems. The dominant external factors of intercultural confessional dialogue are appeared – political democratic regime, developed structures of civil society, tolerance. The authors came to conclusion: the produc- tive intercultural confessional dialogue is possible with the presence of above-designated factors, of public poli- cy actors' intention to the solution of the difficult cultural spiritual problems, which have a place in the modern Russian society
