Methodical work is an important aspect of training that provides continuity of postgraduate education, relationship and continuity of the self, and of course training work. The purpose of methodical work is to improve the professional knowledge and skills of teachers, development of their creative potential and ultimately - improving the efficiency and quality of educational process. A methodical work trains teachers for implementation of new educational content, mastering innovation and progressive teaching technologies. The main thing in technical work is providing real, effective care teacher. At the same time there are a number of unresolved problems and deficiencies in the organization of methodical work. Mass practice is not armed with the knowledge of radical ways to improve technical work, one of which is a systematic approach. Any form of methodical work gives a priority impact on the achievement of certain goals, so overall its effectiveness depends on the quality of their combination in a continuous process of improvement of pedagogical skills of teachers of innovative schools. In individual scientific and technical work to understand the purposeful, systematic and systematic work to improve teacher of theoretical and practical training. Group forms unite educators interests, they have created optimal conditions for the exchange of experience, for creative discussions, practical tasks. To group forms include: methodical association and the department, school of advanced teaching experience, problems, community groups and others. Increasing of professional level of teaching staff promotes their systematic certification, which is conducted to determine whether the teachers hold skill levels, depending on which (as well as the experience of pedagogical work) they set qualification category, define discharge remuneration assigned to pedagogical title. Attestation Commission of the education authorities consider the petition committee of the institution and make decisions within its competence on the results of the certification of certain categories of teachers.
