Investigation of foreign experience in the analysis and bankruptcy due to insolvency

In conditions high degree of economic uncertainty, companies actually deprived of protection against loss of deep turmoil and bankruptcies in the performance of necessary market situations. To overcome the crisis situation of the Ukrainian enterprises and creation on the basis of foreign experience prerequisites for sustainable prosperity rozvytu and economy, need to study foreign experience in this regard. In the article investigates methods of analysis of foreign insolvency and bankruptcy.
