Abstract

This scientific article focuses on the quality of communication between the state institutions and broad layers of population. In the worst case scenario may become a cause of overall negative social attitude towards the state policy, for example tax payment, and damage people's trust in authorities. The article is based on the author's research in the state government communication with the society. Research findings can be used by administrative managers of various institutions so that they could reconsider their work obligations and the system of remuneration of their employees. As a result, public financial means may be saved, relocated and put to a better use.
