CHALLENGES OF THE RUSSIAN REGIONS IN THE AGE OF GLOBALIZATION (IN TERMS OF THE CENTRAL FEDERAL DISTRICT)

The special attention is paid in the article to the challenges of the Central federal district in the conditions of the increasing globalization processes involving socioeconomic status both particular constituent territory of the federation, and a definite economic area. Defining a range of issues for group of the regions united both on the principle of a geophysical location, and on uniformity of socioeconomic indexes promotes the formation of different views for methods of solving defined challenges both at national level, and at the level of the single region.
