Abstract
It is defined that it is necessary to improve the inquiry in the reduced form. It is possible to improve significantly the efficiency of procedural agencies action of preliminary investigation and judiciary system, to provide the prompt protection of the rights and legitimate interests of the natural and legal persons who were the crime victims.
