Abstract

Development of technology of clonal propagation of rose of in vitro has a great importance in respect of creation of high-quality planting material for farm-garden industry. The main stages of clonal propagation of in vitro of plants of Rosalind rose are considered and optimized in the work. The effective way of sterilization of sprouting of this cul-ture in the process of introduction of explants in vitro is offered. For microclonal propagation and regeneration of plants from meristems of studied types of rose nutrient solutions Murasige and Skuga (MS) are selected. The optimum substratum at stage of adaptation of tube plants of rose to unsterile conditions is selected.
