Features of Enhancing the Professional Level of the Hotel Restaurant Business and Social Security of Employers in the Conditions of the Euro-Integration Convergations

The article seeks to study the features and search for ways to improve the professional level of staff hotel and restaurant business, the organization of social insurance of workers in the conditions of association in Ukraine, the social insurance fund for temporary disability with the fund from accidents at work, in the context of European integration transformations. Based on the learned practical experience, recommendations are made to solve the problems identified.
