The Theoretical and Methodological Foundation of Corporate Integration Development Management Mechanism Forming

The article describes the structure of the mechanism and highlights the methodology of management of corporate integration processes. The basis for this management mechanism development has got by combining the dynamic, functional and structural approaches. The interrelation of the mechanisms of corporate integration with the rest of the management mechanisms is determined. Under such interrelation, the management tools and leverage has been described. The result of semantic analysis of the chosen research area basic categories confirmed the author's proposals. The scheme of harmonization of the control circuits of each allocated mechanisms is substantiated.
