Abstract
The article is devoted to the problem of using methods of project management in the sphere of public finances; it is shown that high requirements to efficiency, productivity and control of processes which have to promote increase of standard of living of society and enter to the new level of social development, cause need of use of tools and methods of project management at the level of states, and first of all in the sphere of public finances.
