ARCHITECTURAL AND URBAN PLANNING FEATURES OF AGGLOMERATIVE PLANNING

The historical stages of formation, planning structure of the territories, administrative and legal status of the agglomeration, on the example of Uman region had been considered. The value of natural and cultural heritage had been grounded, methods of urban development were formulated. Improvement of the management system of the planning structure of the agglomeration had been recommended. Structural model as a program for the revival of architectural and landscape potential and the organization of a tourist survey of Uman region's environment had been proposed.
