Actual State and Priority Directions of Foreign Investment in Ukraine

The article evaluates and analyzes the current state and priority directions of foreign investment in the Ukrainian economy. Trends and prospects of the development of attracting foreign investments have been revealed and analyzed, which allows demonstrating the dynamics of investments, with the latter one to be considered an indicator of changes in the level of trust and rating of the country in the world. The state of the investment climate in Ukraine has been researched according to international rating assessments. Positive dynamics of investment attractiveness development and improvement of the investment climate of the country have been established. Also, the article identifies key issues and adverse factors that hinder the stable development of investment activity. The main positive steps taken by the Government to improve the legislation in the field of investment have been taken into consideration
