Abstract

In the article it is said that with the beginning of the XXI century a new model of globalization has been formed, which is based on the development of human capital, which is formed on the basis of internationalization, processes of intellectualization and creativeness of scientific-technological, socio-economic, cultural spheres of society's activity. The main factors of growth of the creative economy are: investment, innovation, human potential, domestic demand. Numerous studies show that countries with high human potential gain sustainable economic growth. The article outlines the main approaches to the definition of a creative economy, its functions and features. In this article it is emphasized on the necessity to create large commercial structures in order to provide the most efficient knowledge exchange, original ideas that could be transformed, expanded and transformed into a commercial object. It is also indicated that the preconditions for growth of the relative weight of the creative economy in GDP are education and a high level of consumer income, knowledge and professional training of the employed in the creative sector, as well as new working area open to new ideas, which are characterized by a high economic and technological level with a developed institutional base.
