IMPROVEMENT OF THE SYSTEM OF MANAGEMENT BY ORGANIZATIONAL AND ECONOMIC POTENTIAL OF AGRICULTURAL ENTERPRISES

The article deals with the state and problems of increasing the efficiency of development of the system of management of organizational and economic potential of agricultural enterprises. The article investigates ways of increasing the efficiency of the agricultural sector as a necessary instrument of agrarian policy under market conditions. Most influential factor, causing low efficiency, is imperfect organizational and economic principles of management, which don't create conditions for intensive and highly profitable development of agricultural enterprises. Reproduction processes of agricultural sector depend on agricultural policy, which on the one hand would form favorable market environment for entrepreneurship and on the other hand, provide financial support which most producers are not able to cope with. The structural elements of the organizational and economic mechanism of the industry development are characterized. The expediency of further development of agricultural enterprises by means of cooperation and integration of production, processing and sales of products is substantiated.
