Abstract

In this article, scientific approaches to effectiveness concept understanding in the context of justice were studied. It was analyzed the scientific approach of V. Pareto to effectiveness vision. It was given Pareto's vision of effectiveness from the point of view of justice concepts: utilitarianism, egalitarianism, elitism, liberalism and Rawls' approach. There were studied the first and second theorems of welfare. It was defined that the first theorem means that distribution of factors, which characterize the equilibrium in economics, will be optimal in condition if utility function of local consumers are not satisfied. The second theorem of welfare allows making such conclusions: in favorable conditions Pareto-optimum could be realized as the equilibrium; justice and effectiveness could be studied separately as well as together; to reach effectiveness it is possible to use different market tools; internal agents of a market are the most effective from the point of view of effectiveness achievement.
