COMPETITIVENESS ASSESSMENT AND ARCHITECTURAL PROJECTS OF OOO "AM A. BREUSOVA" BASED ON THE CALCULATION OF "RATES OF INDIFFERENCE"

The article calculates the assessment of the competitiveness of architectural projects of AM A. Breusova LLC on the basis of the calculation of "indifference prices". Identified two competitors in the Penza region SP "Glagol "and LLC"Amiks". According to the results of the questionnaire survey of experts, the values of indicators of the degree of importance of architectural projects were calculated by the remaining groups of stakeholders – customers, investors, public authorities and public organizations. Marketing measures of man- agement of competitiveness of architectural projects on the basis of the price of indifference are developed
