EMOTIONAL STABILITY AS ONE OF THE PROFESSIONAL QUALITIES OF TEACHERS

This article deals with the question of emotional stability for young teachers, which is an important factor in the pedagogical process. Graduate of higher educational institution, who has a diploma and basic knowledge of a specialty, faced with challenges in the marchers work feels the lack of experience and resolve difficulties. Since the same people and the same life situations do not happen in society, solving these problems sometimes is non-standard.
