This article deals with one of the least understood aspects of the Armenian musical esthetics of XIXXX centuries – musical and esthetically heritage of Vasily Korganov, in his relations with the ideas of Austrian aesthetician, author of the treatise "On the Beautiful in Music" Eduard Hanslick.
