Abstract

The article presents information systems that allow participants in the process of managing the effectiveness of banking activities to implement the methods and business processes of management in practice. The components of the IT infrastructure of the bank have been analyzed, which can be based on the rating of banks. It is shown that the main element of the management concept embodied in the BPM-system is the management cycle, whose positions include: definition of development goals, factor modeling, action planning, continuous monitoring, analysis of achieved results, financial and management reporting. It is shown that BPM-systems can serve strategic management of the bank, managing long-term financing, managing the development of new banking products, cash management. BPM-systems unite well-known management technologies and software solutions, and the development of BPM-platforms in the banking sector is influenced by trends that are determined by the specifics of the country's development in the world community. The BPM solution attracts management theories and methods into the practice of bank management and seeks to link them into a single complex, based on a thorough analysis of the bank's tasks and the driving forces of the business. It is emphasized that the package of BPM-solutions is responsible for the bank management cycle, and the complex includes BPM-applications that directly implement various functions of corporate governance: a solution for planning and budgeting, business modeling using cost-management methods, solutions for corporate reporting, including consolidated reporting and reporting in accordance with international standards. Structurally BPM-solutions are considered on the example of the "Hyperion" system, which is a combination of five interconnected subsystems. The functional architecture of the classic BPM-system of the bank was analyzed. The main requirements for the BPM system of the domestic credit organization providing automation of technologies for calculating and analyzing risks and preparing reports in accordance with international agreements and the national strategy for the development of the banking system are presented.
