Management Aspects of Company Business Activity in Building and Construction Taking into Account the Priorities of Sustainable Development

In the article the main goals and objectives of building and constructions business are determined taking into account the priorities of sustainable development. There is a classification of construction entrepreneurial business. The factors and facilities of internal and external business environment of a construction enterprise are reviewed. The clarification on contact audiences' activities in microenvironment of a construction company is given. Legal, political, economic, social, technological, ecologic and demographic business environment is revealed. It is defined that in order to be prosperous in business, find new opportunities to achieve success and prevent the ability of potential threats an employer should be well aware of factors and forces which have influence on his business.
