Abstract
Therapy related Acute Myeloid Leukemia is a complication of cytotoxic chemotherapy.The incidence is 5-10 percent of Acute Myeloid Leukemia cases and is increasing.Here we present a case of a 55 year old female with Acute Myeloid Leukemia which occured after one year after treatment of Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma.
