Multiple bone swelling Initial presentation of multiple myeloma

Multiple myeloma, a disease allied to malignancy of reticulo-endothelial cells, is not an uncommon condition. However, the diagnosis is often made quite late because the disease has multiple modes of presentation. We are reporting a case of multiple myeloma in a 72-year-old female who presented with multiple bone swellings on the chest.
