An Adrenal Mass - A Case Report

Adrenal tumors are rare neoplasms with slight predilection for females. We report a case of 14 year old girl who presented with a mass in the abdomen with features of Cushings Syndrome and hirsutism. The clinical, laboratory and histopathological features are discussed. We present this case because of its rarity and to highlight the importance of differentiating adrenal adenoma from carcinoma
