Aspects of planning multi-storey car parks with consideration for people with physical disabilities

The article researches characteristics of architectural organization of multilevel car parks taking into consideration requirements of disabled people. These aspects have a direct bearing on the formation and development of the interior and exterior of multilevel car parks. We focus on the creation of architectural environment of multilevel car parks for the people with special needs in society. We give a brief description of some of the important issues in the field of specialized design and architecture and recommendations for ensuring disabled access to multilevel car parks.
