RESEARCH ON FORMATION OF UNJUST CASES AND CORRESPONDING PREVENTION MECHANISM FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF TRIAL CENTER

The frequent unjust cases seriously violate human rights, and the judicial credibility is beset with credit crisis. With the improvement of the criminal law and the public awareness of the protection of human rights, many unjust cases have been corrected, which reflects the resolute attitude of Chinese government to correct unjust cases. Based on the positive correction on unjust cases, the causes of unjust cases should be thoroughly analyzed. Moreover, unjust cases are prevented and reduced from the perspectives of establishing trial center litigation system reform and improving the rules of evidence and the defense system.
