The great majority of minors with a deviant behaviour are socially disadaptative children and adolescents, in respect of which the rehabilitation work should be carried out in order to prevent the process of further social deformation of the personality of these minors, their returning to the full-fledged life in the society. Psycho-pedagogical and social rehabilitation is a complex of measures of social support and diagnostic and correctional programs for overcoming various forms of disadaptation of minors, their integration into the society, which nowadays are carried out by various institutions, organisations and services. Depending on the nature of disadaptation, in rehabilitation measures dominate either psycho-pedagogical diagnostic and correctional programs or socio-pedagogical programs of re-socialization. The basis of the rehabilitation and educational work of the school with children who have deviations in behaviour is helping a child with the implementation of his individual potential, in the formation of full rights citizen of a society. Originality. Re-education only takes place on the basis of the activeness of the child himself in the interaction with the surrounding social environment.
