The Main Directions of Improvement of the Motivation of Workers are Industrial Enterprises

In the motivational mechanism, the main directions are singled out for effective work, which are characteristic for industrial enterprises: organizational, economic, material, social, moral and psychological, each of which has its own methods. Studies of best practices on the improvement and introduction of innovative areas of effective motivation of the labor of the main production workers were proposed, which are proposed for use in industrial enterprises in Ukraine, which is extremely necessary for their effective functioning, especially for machine-building and machine-tool enterprises
