During the transition to the new educational paradigm , when the quality of education depends on professional readiness of teachers to meet the educational requirements of society, aimin g for improvement of the teaching practice for successful work in the 21st century, it isn't enough to own subject knowledge, it is important to have competences , which will allow to master and apply any knowledge, will give the chance to communicate, succ ess- fully control own activity, to work in team.
