GRIGOR TERZYAN – COMMISSIONED BANDMASTER AND MUSICIAN (25TH ANNIVERSARY OF SEPARATE BENCHMARK ORCHESTRA OF THE MINISTRY OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS OF REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN)

The history honors and carefully stores names of the heroes of the Fatherland. These are the people devoted to a military and civic dut y, with the high spiritual and moral laws of honour, and their life becomes property of the republic. The Grigor Terzyan's oeuvre is allocated with the bright and unique light. The soldier and the musician, the officer and the conductor, the chief and the artistic director – the military and musical beginnings have intertwined in his surprising destiny. Height of his moral, human qualities was befitting for high status position of the prominent commissioned bandmaster of the present. Seven notes in the Grig or Terzyan's oeuvre became a symbol of his vital and creative success. His name became a brand, the quality mark during lifetime, it continues to sound also after his quie- tus, reminding us (contemporaries) that it is necessary to equal on the best sons of the Fatherland.
