Abstract
Investigated the basic problem of formation of the exchange self-regulation; analyzed the main trends in a system of self-regulation of forming relations in Ukraine; found that the absence of perfect legislation and underdeveloped stock market are fundamental barriers to introduce the effective self-regulation
