TRANSLATION, ADAPTATION AND VALIDATION THE QUESTIONNAIRE "QUALITY OF WORKING LIFE" BY A.P. EGORISHIN FOR WORKERS IN HEALTHCARE ORGANIZATIONS

The aim of the present study is to translate the questionnaire of A.P. Egorishin "Quality of working life" into Bulgarian, to adapt and validate for workers in healthcare organizations. The reliability of the adapted questionnaire was evaluated using the Cronbach Alpha coefficient. To assess the structural validity of the subscale was used factor analysis. QWL was successfully translated and adapted for use to Bulgarian workers in health organizations, with satisfactory reliability and validity of the scale.
