ANALYSIS AND EVALUATION OF THE INTERRELATION BETWEEN ECONOMIC STATUS AND HEALTH STATUS OF THE POPULATION

Health is perceived as a critical national priority for which the necessary resources are not allocated and which is in a poor state. The purpose of this art icle is to analyze the main results of a study conducted among patients on: their health status and interrelation with their economic status; medical services they use; the amount of monthly income and frequency of sick lists. Based on the assessment of th e presented data, we came to the conclusion that people with "good" economic status are in better health, and the demand for medical care is growing with the increase in incomes
