EVOLUTION OF THE CONCEPTUAL-TERMINOLOGICAL APPARATUS OF CLUSTERS INVESTIGATION

The current stage of Ukraine's economic development is transformational. It is characterized by monopolization of the economy and a high level of corruption, undeveloped civil society. At the same time, global changes and high competition in world markets are driving the drastic actions of the domestic business towards the creation of innovative products. One way to get an innovative product that is highly competitive is to create network structures, that is, clusters. The concept "cluster" in the context of the economy appeared in Ukraine relatively recently, but it is already actively used in various spheres. In essence, a cluster is a combination of active and interested structures in a particular industry to improve product competitiveness, increase profitability, minimize containment and limiting factors, and industry development in general. In the modern development of cauterization of the economy, the evolution of the conceptual and terminological apparatus of cluster research, which requires careful study, plays an important role. Thus, by the efforts of scientists, the theoretical and methodological foundation of the conceptual-terminological apparatus of the mentioned problem is gradually being created, its theoretical and practical aspects are solved. Despite the significant contribution of foreign and domestic scientists to the development of the concept and terminology apparatus, the methodology and methods for the formation and development of clusters in the conditions of the modern Ukrainian economy and the practice of their implementation are still not sufficiently developed. Actual issues are: where, where appropriate, to create clusters, determine their structure, methods, processes for ensuring development and effective management of them. Actuality and insufficient development of these scientific problems encourage us to further research.
