It is established in the work that the diagnostics of the potential of financial and economic stability of the corporation is an important tool for achieving the integrity, organic-ness and continuity of its financial and economic activity. Achievement of such goals is ensured by the construction of an appropriate conceptual model of diagnostics, the abidance of principles of diagnostics and the methodical basis for its implementation. The essence of the concept of financial and economic stability was specified. The ways of ensuring financial and economic stability of the corporation were suggested.
