Abstract
Articles devoted to the study of labor resources and assess their use. The article defines the theoretical foundations of the concept of labor resources and analyzes the dynamics of their structure in Ukraine. Determined the system of indicators of efficiency use of labor resources. An estimation of their use at the enterprises of Ukraine is carried out. The analysis level of average wages of workers at enterprises of Ukraine.
