FEATURES OF PUBLIC POLICY IN RELATION TO DEVELOPMENT OF SCIENTIFIC BASES OF ORGANIC AGRICULTURE IN UKRAINE IN BEGINNING OF ХХІ OF CENTURY

It is set that organic agriculture provides complete abandonment from application of genetically modified organisms, antibiotics, chemicals and mineral fertilizers. But in organic agriculture use natural measures, that provide the increase of natural fertility and biological activity of soil, proceeding in balance of nutritives, normalization of activity of living organisms, that assists the increase of the productivity and quality of agricultural cultures. A legislative and normatively-legal base is analysed in relation to development of scientific bases of organic agriculture in Ukraine at the beginning ХХІ of century. It is found out, that effective support of effective introduction of organic agriculture in Ukraine is the inalienable constituent of policy of the state, that must be in the legislative field and assist introduction of laws that regulate the production of quality organic goods.
