Education in modern world: change of concept in accordance with new labor market requirements

The education role in the modern world as most important factor of integration of human development, economic stability and social progress in conditions of new economy is generalized. Universal tendencies of development of new labor market which cause essential changes in process of attraction and realization of the human capital are allocated and demand change of the concept of professional education. The main requirements to modern professional education in Ukraine are systematized. The strategic directions of development of education according to requirements of new labor market are defined.
