Achievement of economic progress in Ukraine and its regions on the basis of diversification of the forms of the knowledge economy and manifestation of the effect of meliorism

The article defines the place of the knowledge economy in the variety of types of postindustrial economy. The basic forms of the knowledge economy are grounded, among them innovative, creative, network, digital, green economy. It is proved that the diversification of these forms allows to ensure the multifaceted development of the country, which is manifested by economic, innovative, human, social, sustainable, cultural vector. It is determined that the achievement of social and economic development and human progress is possible due to a gradual progressive transition from one to another form of the knowledge economy, provided that the effect of meliorism is manifested, which ensures the process of their diversification. It is substantiated that the meliorism of the knowledge economy can occur due to the innovative and creative development of social processes in the country, the regulation of all phenomena and the adoption of managerial decisions, taking into account environmental security, human development and economic expediency, the dissemination of information and communication technologies and network interconnections.
