Strategic development of foreign economic activity of industrial enterprises within the framework of the World Trade Organization

In the article the author discloses the importance of strategy and strategic management for the expansion of foreign economic relations of industrial enterprises. The task of the department of foreign economic relations of the enterprise, which is involved in the formation and implementation of the strategy of development of foreign economic activity, is described. Determining the basis for improving the implementation of the strategy of foreign economic activity of industrial enterprises. The main stages of realization of foreign economic activity of the enterprise are investigated. The role of the formation and implementation of an effective mechanism of management of foreign economic activity of the economic entity is given. The stages of planning as one of the elements of the mechanism of strategic management of foreign economic activity in the enterprise are determined, which plays a significant role in the implementation of the established strategic directions of development in this area.
