METHODOLOGICAL PRINCIPLES OF INVESTMENT ACTIVITY PERFORMANCE EVALUATION OF TRADING ENTERPRISE

Conceptual theoretical principles of the methodology of estimation of the efficiency of investment activity of a trading enterprise are investigated. Conducted methodological analysis of the methods, principles, indicators of performance evaluation of investment projects and their types will provide an opportunity to increase the objectivity and effectiveness of making project decisions for investment activity. Types of the efficiency of investment activity assessment, their purpose and criteria of implementation will help to realize future strategic tasks. An investment model is proposed in carrying out performance evaluation of investment activities to obtain the effectiveness of investing in the project, taking into account the various factors affecting receiving income or achieving the defined mission.
