Abstract

The article considers one of the topical issues of modern education, i.e. the ways of applying the interdisciplinary approach as a tool that allows teaching financial literacy in a foreign language course in conditions of increasingly technological education resulting in massive amount of information to be processed. The article describes the ways of combining the course material on financial literacy with the "English for Professional Purposes” course in order to maximize the use of allocated hours both for teaching foreign language skills and for developing financial competencies.
