THE RECONSTRUCTIVE PLASTIC SURGERY ON UTERINE TUBES AS A WAY TO SAVE WOMAN FERTILITY

The number of barren marriages is growing. The main reason of infertility is an affection of uterine tubes because of salpingitis, operations for functional cysts, appendicitis, abortions, etc. However, not all pathologies of uterine tubes requires tubectomy. In the vast majority of cases, uterine tube may be regenerated, that is why reconstructive surgery is an essential procedure in order to save an ability to get pregnant naturally. In this article, we discuss a problem of uterine tube's affections caused by hydrosalpinx and ectopic pregnancy. According to the foreign materials and results and our observations, the reproductive function of uterine tubes can be effectively regenerated after the reconstructive plastic surgery (40-65 %).
