SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY IN THE AGROSPHERE OF UKRAINE IN THE CONTEXT OF HUMAN CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT AND INTERNATIONAL INTEGRATION

Issues of social responsibility in the agro-business of Ukraine in the context of development of human capital and international integration are researched. It is determined that the domestic agro sphere of the country undergoes a significant influence of the external environment and must respond accordingly to its requirements. The institutional barriers to the development of social responsibility in Ukraine are substantiated. It is determined that the social responsibility of business involves realization in the agrarian sphere of the system of measures (directions of activity), as regulated by the state (within the observance of laws), and at the initiative of enterprises (voluntary) or public organizations, individual citizens.
