PENSION PROMOTION OF THE RUSSIANS: HISTORY AND CONTEMPORANEITY

The article analyzes the state pension provision. The analysis showed that the state showed concern about disabled citizens, first about the military, and after centuries and other categories. But the theoretical basis of pension provision began to form in the second half of the seventeenth century, then there were also directions in the study of pension security issues that allowed creating the basis of the modern Russian pension system
